In the era of a pandemic and global lockdown, in a sense, we were cut off from our suppliers of fresh vegetables and herbs, which they imported for us especially from Thailand. It was then that we decided to take matters into our own hands and started to grow seedlings of the most important vegetables and herbs for us. Two of our employees, Tajki, got involved in this matter and prepared all the necessary things and look after all the plants so far.

In the restaurant you can see our mini garden and seedlings that are placed next to the windows throughout the restaurant. Currently, Thai eggplant, parsley, Thai spinach and Thai basil grow best. We didn’t take a few other plants, but we don’t give up on trial and error, and we’ll come to perfection. And we plan to create our stationary greenhouse!
